Proposal Officer

Place of working: Elbląg / Gdańsk

At MAAG we have recently started a new chapter in our 110 years history with ambitious growth plans for our business. We are therefore standing at the brink of a transformative period for our company, and you can be at role in this journey as our Proposal Officer and take significant role in our offering process. In this role you will be responsible for preparing the commercial offers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of unit production and SAP configuration.

Key responsibilities:

• Calculate manufacturing costs for gearboxes and spare parts

• Read technical drawings/interpret technical blueprints

• Prepare commercial offers

• Price history control for individual components in the system

• Verify order compliance with offers

• Enter budgets into the SAP system

• Cooperate closely with technical, sales and procurement departments

Requirements:

• Higher technical education

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Capable in MS Office

• Experience in similar position – min 3 years

• Experience with SAP modules would be an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team member
